Iyengar Yoga

In Iyengar Yoga the postures are very precise. Students are guided through these postures , making adjustments and using props as necessary. Although postures involve some intense stretching , students will leave the class feeling lighter and calmer. The immediate benefits of yoga are greater flexibility and strength.

The 5 pm class is suitable for those who have not taken part in Yoga before. The Tuesday classes are both led by Glenda Jackson.
