Classes combine exercise to improve posture, strength and vitality with rest and relaxation and gentle stretches for the babies.

Relaxed and friendly classes allowing for babies to be fed, changed cuddled or sleep, whatever their needs. suitable for mums and their babies from 6 weeks to 8 months old.
