Yoga In Pregnancy

Yoga for Pregnancy is a specialised form of yoga designed to help women enjoy the experience of pregnancy and childbirth. Traditional yoga postures and breathing exercises are adapted to meet the needs of pregnant women.
Classes include gentle yoga postures, breathing, visualisation and relaxation techniques, and are suitable for women who are over 14 weeks pregnant. No previous yoga experience is necessary.
