I am a qualified Advanced PT and have 7 years experience with people of different ages and abilities helping them with strength and conditioning , muscle imbalances, losing weight, toning up and feeling stronger and physically able to cope with things that life throws our way .
Improving core strength is a major part of my training as I am experienced in exercise programmes for people who suffer with lower back pain.
