Therapy works best when it’s a collaborative process. You want to affect some change in your life and I want to work with you to enable you to discover that change.
I am a Counsellor/Psychotherapist and hold a Diploma in Integrative Counselling, which means that I use different counselling models and tailor them to meet your personal needs. As a Registered Member of BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy) this gives you the assurance that I will act ethically, professionally & with integrity in all my dealings with you.
I am experienced in working with children, young people & adults in private practice, GP surgeries, prisons, supported living, rehabilitation units and schools & colleges.
I am experienced in working with a variety of presenting issues, including:
Stress & Anxiety, Addictions, Eating disorders, Obsessions, Phobias, Self-harm, Abuse, Bereavement, Depression, Loss, Post-traumatic stress, Personal development, Autism, Health related issues, Self esteem, Self-Confidence, Relationships, Anger management, Redundancy, Stress, Work related issues.
I have a genuine passion for the work I do and am committed to being the best I can be for you. Whether you are engaging in therapy for the first time, or returning to explore a new issue, I will work with you and to your agenda.
