About Neha

Neha, a highly skilled clinical physiotherapist with nearly 3 years of experience, currently  working at the Longfield Integrated Care Centre in the UK. Neha holds a Master’s degree in  Physiotherapy from Cardiff University, UK (2021), and a Bachelor’s degree from Pune, India  (2020). 

Neha has expertise in various areas including musculoskeletal, sports-related injuries,  neurological rehabilitation, and geriatric care. She is dedicated in providing evidence-based,  patient-centred treatment. Neha specialises in Neurokinetic Therapy (Level 1 and Level 2),  allowing her to effectively diagnose and treat complex musculoskeletal conditions. 

Neha excels in creating personalised treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.  She integrates advanced therapeutic modalities such as Shockwave Therapy, LASER, TECAR  Therapy, manual therapy, taping, and dry needling into her practice. Her holistic approach  includes conducting group therapy sessions focusing on strengthening, Pilates-based  rehabilitation, and hydrotherapy, as well as providing meticulous home visit care and  comprehensive record-keeping. 

Her clinical interests extend to orthopaedic triage assessment, strength and conditioning  rehabilitation, and sports injury management. Neha is also adept at injury prevention  strategies and enhancing athletic performance.
