Elaine Dayaram graduated from the internationally recognised British School of Osteopathy, one of the most respected institutions of osteopathy in the UK. Elaine is
registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC), is a member of the British Osteopathic Association, Backcare (the charity for Healthier Backs) and the Guild of Postnatal Exercise Teachers.
As well as being a registered Osteopath, Elaine also holds an honours degree in Physiology and several high level qualifications in the health and fitness industry. She has over a decade of experience in the field, including personal fitness training, club management, as well as course lecturing and published articles about health and fitness.
Elaine’s approach to primary healthcare combines a unique blend of osteopathy with experience gained in the health and fitness industry since 1994. Her style of treatment reflects this and so a wide variety of techniques are employed, most commonly manipulation and soft tissue techniques as well as those drawn from the field of Cranial Osteopathy.
