At Longfield Polyclinic, we offer a wide range of fitness and well-being classes. These are instructed by both physiotherapists and fitness instructors to meet physical, mental and relaxation needs.

Stretch, Strengthen and Relax

Stretch, Strengthen and Relax is a relaxation class which focuses on flexibility and core strength. Each class stretches out your entire body head to toe, leaving you relaxed and feeling refreshed.

There are many benefits to the Stretch, Strengthen and Relax class and these include:

* Relieves tension all over the body

* Promotes fitness while mindful of injury

* Boosts the body’s fitness and movement capabilities

* Accessible by all abilities and ages. Especially guided to help those who have sustained injures and are receiving physiotherapy treatment.

Stretch, Strengthen and Relax Classes are currently run by Neha, on a Monday at 5:30pm.
