We offer a broad selection of exercise classes running across the week including Pilates, Yoga and T’ai Chi and a dedicated Over 60’s class. In groups or 1-2-1.

Exercise classes & specialist rehabilitation classes

Alongside these we run Cardiac Rehabilitation classes with referrals from your hospital for those who have suffered cardiac episodes.

Also on offer is a MS Society Class plus a Reduced Mobility Class – often populated with our Physio patients as part of their rehabilitation.

All of our classes are friendly and welcoming and our instructors are careful to help you achieve your maximum benefit whilst appreciating that everybody is different.

We recommend that you take a sample class to make sure it is right for you. Classes are then booked on a 6 week block.

Exercise is an important toolkit, that’s why we provide HIIT. Regular exercise can not only aid your fitness but also have a positive effect on your mental wellbeing.

It’s a great way to aid your rehabilitation and make exercise a fun way to make new friends. All of our classes are friendly and welcoming and our instructors are careful to help you achieve your maximum benefit whilst appreciating that everybody is different.

We have outdoor and indoor classes, however, we are currently prioritising outdoor sessions to make the sessions as safe as possible.
